Oh man, so true. Last night I was walking home and these boys were sitting in front of Gibson's playing guitar and singing really loudly. I could hear them from about a block away singing a really gross, offensive (toward women, of course) song so when I walked past them and the kid playing guitar asked me if I wanted to hear a song I said, "no" and kept walking. He then asked me if I was sure and I said I was positive, to which he called me a bitch. So even though he was singing a horrible song that totally offended me, I was the bitch for saying I didn't want to hear him play another song? Bitch please.
Welcome to the long run, a space to discuss the events currently affecting us and our community. We refer to this space as our long run because on the Oberlin College Track and Field team (where we met), the Sunday long run was our method of catching up on the week's happenings, discussing current events, and laughing at really ridiculous things no one else found funny. We hope you enjoy what we find interesting, are moved to post comments on what you also find interesting, and if offended, may it only be slightly.
